Canyon Rim Apartments offers three-bedroom PBS8 low-income housing apartment homes in San Diego. The pre-application phase for the Section 8 waiting list is seven days or until 200 pre-applications are received, and the lottery is planned for March 27, 2024.

OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES
The number of persons permitted to occupy each apartment shall not exceed the occupancy permitted pursuant to the requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, which, as of the Effective Date, is two persons per bedroom, plus one person (e.g., for a three-bedroom apartment the maximum number of persons residing in the unit can be seven persons).
