Throughout our history, Fairfield has been mindful of ESG principles, and we are proud to share our first annual report outlining the initiatives, strategies, and achievements the organization made last year. In 2022 we took incredible leaps to align our departments’ independent efforts and launched the ESG Executive and ESG committees to coordinate relevant initiatives across Fairfield. As you’ll find within the report, Fairfield is committed to enhancing our ESG programs and initiatives, consistently striving for improvement.
