Fairfield Fall Resident Event Highlights

What’s it like to live at a Fairfield Residential property? Now you can have a behind the scenes look at some of our resident and public events that happened at three of our newer properties, Mave Apartments, Talia Apartments and L Seven Apartments.

Behind the Scenes at Recent Fairfield Residential Events

Throughout the year many of our properties have regular events for residents and some also for the public. For these three properties fall has been a busy time of year. Mave Apartments celebrated their grand opening and official ribbon cutting ceremony with residents, neighbors and Stoneham, MA locals. Talia Apartments in Marlborough, MA celebrated the grand opening of their dog park with an outdoor party and photo contest for their Talia pups. L Seven in the SoMa district of San Francisco is taking advantage of the amazing food truck cuisine available in the city with their Food Truck Soiree, also hosted by the local SoMa Streat Food Park.

It’s an exciting time for these three properties and we’re happy to share with you these super fun events that both our residents and the public participated in!

Fairfield Residential Mave Apartments Grand Opening in Stoneham, MA

Mave Apartments celebrated their grand opening with Mave residents, Stoneham, MA Chamber of Commerce and locals. Guests enjoyed music, fall bites to eat and a chance to win some fabulous prizes.

Fairfield Residential Talia Apartments Dog Park Grand Opening and Photo Contest

The Dog Park Grand Opening might be one of the cutest Fairfield events ever. Talia pups and their fur parents enjoyed the new dog run and grooming room, plus getting their photos taken by a professional photographer. Winners from the doggie photo contest on Facebook will be framed and hung in the grooming room at Talia!

Fairfield Residential L Seven Apartments Food Truck Soiree

Residents and the public enjoyed some delicious San Francisco cuisine right at home with L Seven’s Food Truck Soiree. With yummy meals from Adam’s Grub Truck and El Tonayense, plus cookie dough desserts from DoughP, no one left hungry! Thanks to the success of the first event, the Food Truck Soiree will be a weekly event into November.
