The Neighborhood

If you love being in the heart of Atlanta, then the location of Platform is one to take notice of. Walking distance to downtown, Grant Park, and King Memorial Transit Station will place you in the thick of city life with a warm friendly atmosphere making you feel right at home.

For those that love to experience great food and shopping, Platform is minutes away from Atlanta’s most sought-after areas like Grant Park, Glenwood Park and Inman Quarter. For a little retail therapy, our residents can easily access Krog Street Market and Edgewood Retail District. Residents can enjoy fine dining at casual eateries just minutes away. Or hop on convenient public transportation with Platform being just a 7-minute walk from MARTA’s Blue Blue-East/West line and Green Green-Procter Creek Line at Kings Memorial Station stop.

With so much history and culture, Atlanta isn’t just about dining and shopping (although we have to admit, we love that aspect of the city!). Residents can choose from studio, 1 & 2 bedroom floorplans at Platform with an array of floorplans to fit your particular needs. Apartments feature downtown & midtown skyline views, custom cabinetry, sought after wood-style plank floors, quartz countertops, kitchen islands and spacious walk-in closets.

Living at Platform doesn’t just mean beautiful design and amenities. It also means convenience so that you have more time to spend doing the things you enjoy. Residents can take advantage of their own in-suite washer & dryer that will save them time from going to the dreaded laundromat or collecting quarters for community on-site laundry rooms. Throw a load in the wash and enjoy a Netflix movie in the meantime.

No, we haven’t forgotten about our fur babies at Platform Apartments. We welcome cats & dogs, as well as puppies & kittens (breed restrictions may apply). In addition, we are conveniently located near plenty of trails and outdoor recreation spots to take your pup for their daily workout including Atlanta Beltline Eastside trail, Woodruff Park, Centennial Olympic Park, Grant Park, Central Park, Historic Fourth Ward Park, Piedmont Park, Perversion Park and Morningside Nature Preserve.
