Random Acts of Kindness Day at Fairfield

Creating Kindness, Fairfield's initiative for giving back, is part of our culture year-round. But we like to use special occasions like Random Acts of Kindness Day (that's today!) to bring our team's volunteer efforts to the forefront. Check out some of our associates recent volunteer activities across the nation!

Celebrating Kindness on Random Acts of Kindness Day

Corporate associates at our Irving regional office in Texas volunteered at the Safe Haven Women's Shelter by helping wrap gifts for the moms during the holiday season.

A group of corporate associates from our San Diego headquarters teamed up to volunteer at the San Diego Food Bank where they put together 900 boxes of food. That's enough to make 22,600 meals for low-income families!

The on-site team at Norte Town Lake in Arizona volunteered at the St. Mary's Food Bank with their Regional Manager.

The Fifteen15 South Lamar team in Austin volunteered at the Central Texas Food Bank and helped to provide 4,500 meals to those in need.

Fairfield celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Day by reminding associates to use their Volunteer Time Off with a tasty surprise — a sprinkle-covered Oreo. Each Fairfield associates is provided with designated Volunteer Time Off each year to help spread kindness in their community.
