Fairfield U.S. Multifamily Value Add Fund IV LP
SAN DIEGO, CA – FEBRUARY 28, 2025 – Fairfield held its final close on February 25, 2025 for its Fairfield U.S. Multifamily Value Add Fund IV LP (“Fund IV”) with $1.47 billion of equity commitments, including $350.0 million of co-investment equity, exceeding its $1.0 billion target. Fairfield’s Value Add Fund III had raised approximately $1.0 billion of equity.

Fund IV’s investment strategy will focus on acquiring value add multifamily assets in over 30 major MSA’s throughout the country and will leverage Fairfield’s national platform and 40 years of history in multifamily with almost $25.0 billion in acquisitions . Approximately $385.0 million of equity has been deployed to date in 16 assets.
