FAIRFIELD WINS JUDGES’ MERIT AWARD AT WASHINGTON’S GOVERNOR’S SMART COMMUNITY AWARDS FOR INVOLVEMENT WITH VILLAGE AT TOTEM LAKE
Fairfield is proud to have been part of the massive transformation in Kirkland, WA that is now an award-winning transit-oriented mixed-use community hub. The project, consisting of 336,707 square feet of commercial space and 851 dwelling units, includes Fairfield’s brand new multifamily communities North at Totem Lake Apartments and Aspect at Totem Lake Apartments. According to the Washington State Department of Commerce, the judges were extremely impressed with this project!
