By attending any social events at a Fairfield community, you are granting permission to the community and FF Properties L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, registered in California as Fairfield Properties L.P. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, affiliates, constituent partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and related entities (collectively, “Fairfield”) to have unlimited right, without charge, to use your, or your minor children’s, likeness in photos, videos, recordings and in all media now known or hereafter created to be used and distributed in perpetuity for promotional and publicity purposes. By attending an event, you agree to release Fairfield from any liability relating to its use of any photos, videos, recordings or other media taken of you or your minor children at such events.
