Happy Holidays from Fairfield 2023

As we approach the end of the year and celebrate the holiday season, we’re excited to reflect on the positivity and joy spread across Fairfield communities this year. Together, we accomplished great things and worked to bring better living to our residents, partners, and associates nationwide.

Growing Communities Nationwide

In 2023, we added 25 new communities to our portfolio and are now in 88 cities across the nation. 4,450 new residents moved in just in time for the holidays, including nearly 2,800 pet residents that are loving our #FairfieldPets amenities at select communities. We also resolved over 210,000 maintenance requests to upkeep our communities.

Happy Residents

We’re honored that our residents love where they live and are eager to share their experience with family and friends! Residents referred 871 friends to move into our Fairfield communities throughout the year. They also connected with 427 future residents online to help them find their next apartment through personalized messages. No one knows the benefits of living at a Fairfield community better than our residents! 

We're also grateful that our residents shared over 6,000 positive reviews recognizing how great it is to live at a Fairfield community. Whether it’s the friendly associates or convenient amenities, we’re glad they appreciate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create better living.  

Giving Back

Everyday, we take better living seriously and do our part to help the environment. This year, 75 Fairfield communities participated in our Living Green program, which offers opportunities for residents to contribute to sustainability without having to make a specialized effort.

And with more than 14 hundred friendly associates across the nation on site and in our corporate and regional offices, we spent more than 600 hours volunteering to help make the communities we are a part of better.
