Originally the site of the Chelsea Clock Factory, Fairfield’s development of V2 led the charge of gentrification in the neighborhood. With the construction of this new community, we contributed a sustainable benefit to the area by cleaning up years of environmental contamination from the land while adding necessary housing inventory.

Each interior design package at V2 has been thoughtfully crafted by our in-house design experts. Meticulous space planning and premium finishes are the standard in our new construction projects, and V2 Apartments is a prime example of the results produced by our vertically integrated development platform.

Graphite Design Package

Kitchens feature white upper and camel-brown lower cabinets with brushed nickel hardware and a bold graphite ceramic tile backsplash overlooking white polished quartz countertops. Living spaces have light wood-style plank flooring throughout and plush carpet in the bedroom. Bathrooms feature grey-glazed porcelain floors with a white quartz vanity.

Brass Design Package

Kitchens feature dark gray upper and walnut lower cabinets, Monterey grey polished quartz countertops, and textured white and gold marbled backsplash. The living room has blonde wood-style plank flooring throughout, with plush carpet in the bedrooms. Bathrooms feature grey-glazed porcelain floors with a white quartz vanity.
